If it wasn’t for the friendly service and very good for a hotel restaurant coffee this would have been a 1 star experience. Lukewarm potatoes, nuked sausage with obvious microwave ‘burns’, and a sad watery tiny portion of scrambled eggs (the only egg option despite what it says on the menu). The food was a bad as it looks: for $14. Learnt it’s a third party to the newly-named Voco Napoleon, definitely not up to the IHG standards.

Bartender was really kind and interior is amazing. Breakfast could have been better for the price. Dinner lived up to expectations a lot more but there wasn’t much information about it online.

I was starving and ordered a burger that looked like Wendy’s, with fries that were probably the worst I’ve ever had. I added bacon because it was the only thing that had any flavor. Service was terrible — they didn’t bring forks or napkins, so I had to get up and walk to the bar to find some.

From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. Aniya and Amber were so helpful and inviting and super sweet! The ambiance was warm and inviting, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was a perfect blend of flavor and presentation, showcasing the chef’s creativity and skill. This restaurant is a gem, and I can’t wait to come back to explore more of the menu. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in the downtown Memphis area.

The food, bartenders, and atmosphere of the Archives are absolutely amazing! Jeff was my bartender and was great at making sure my drinks were served to my liking and the food was served hot! I have tried the Archive cocktail and the Margarita both times I went and have absolutely no complaints. A great spot for lunch and especially a night out. I’d highly recommend you visiting and having Jeff as your bartender your drinks will good every time!
