I am not sure if I understand how an establishment stays in business when they opt to consistently inconvenience their customers as oppose to hiring adequate and reliable staff. This is the 2nd time that I scheduled an appointment well in advance, confirmed well in advance but was contacted via text, not even a phone call, less than 24hrs before my appointment asking if I could reschedule for the following day. This time was super annoying because I booked for the massage to happen on my actual birthday. When I asked if I could be rescheduled with a different therapist for the same day, I didn't get a response. Needless to say they will never get another dollar from me or any referrals. It's a shame that you always have to have a back up plan here in Atlanta.

My husband and I have been twice for deep tissue couples massages. The first time was an AMAZING experience. Today was a completely different story. We live over an hour away and left with what would normally be plenty of time to make our 12pm appointment. Unfortunately, there was a marathon in Atlanta that we were unaware of (terrible traffic) so we called an hour ahead of time to let them know we would be 20 minutes late. Considering we communicated and were paying $400 I thought that we would still get the 60 minute massage that we drove all this way and paid for. NOPE. They made us stand around in the lobby for ~10 minutes, had my husband fill out a super long questionnaire that we’de already filled out before online, separated us, and finally started the massage at 12:36pm. At 1:00pm on the dot the therapist says, “See you outside.” The 24 minute massage was very disappointing. It’s Atlanta and traffic happens. Considering how much time and effort it took to get there I guess I would’ve been okay paying even more to get the 60 minute massage we were looking forward to had I been told how this was going to work. I’ve encouraged several friends and coworkers to try this place but will not anymore. I don’t think we will be back.

I had a 60 min massage this morning at 10 am. I arrived maybe 10:02 latest due to the elevator in my building. The massuese talked to me until about 10:10 then left me to get undressed. I looked at the clock around 10:12 and I was getting into the bed. I told her my mid back was having a lot of pain and to mainly focus on that area. She only focused on my shoulders and didnt even TOUCH my mid back. I left in the same amount of pain. When she told me we were done, I looked at the clock and it was 11:00 on the dot. She did not give me the full 60 mins and she didnt do what i asked. And I paid $155 for that massage. Im extremely disappointed in this place because I thought it was the best

I've gone here three times now and have had an amazing experience each time! (and I've had a different therapist every time) The therapists seem to all have their own specialty, but have all been wonderful! The front desk has always been super welcoming and kind. Don't forget to get there a little early and stay after your massage to enjoy the lounge area. Now, go book your next massage! (go for 90 minutes... well worth it!)

I just had a massage done by Maurice. I must say, It was truly amazing 😍. Maurice made me feel comfortable considering I was skeptical about choosing a male therapist but I definitely would come back. I'm from the Bahamas and decided to have a service done while vacationing and it definitely was worth every penny. I feel renewed....like a new person. Thanks Maurice for your level of professionalism, your demeanour, you were courteous and just have a warm and inviting personality.
