The journey begins with pristine oysters, followed by a remarkably balanced tuna crudo. The inclusion of jalapeño and avocado provides a contemporary, sharp contrast to the delicate silkiness of the fish. For the main course, the seafood is treated with equal reverence; the lobster tails are succulent and translucent, while the Ribeye is a masterclass in Maillard-reaction precision—charred to a flawless edge while retaining a succulent, tender interior. The evening concludes with a traditionalist’s touch: a crème brûlée featuring a glass-like sugar crust and a rich, velvet custard, punctuated by an espresso of exceptional depth. My husband and I came out for a date night and decided on Capital Grille. I’m so glad we did. I can’t speak about the food without mentioning the truly amazing service we received from Andy and his team. Andy guided us towards the most amazing food choices. I’m so glad we trusted his judgment and tweaks to our orders. To start, we had the tuna tartare and the wedge salad. They split the wedge salad for us so we each had our own plate, and it was honestly so delicious. It had this thick-cut bacon that was cooked to perfection, and the blue cheese dressing was a dream. The tuna tartare had great balance with the mango sauce and sriracha, and it melted in your mouth. For mains, we were going to have the Kona crusted ribeye and the sliced filet, but we were both on the fence about it. I had my eye on the filet with the Gorgonzola crust and the red wine reduction, and then Andy raved about the porcini crusted ribeye. We ended up eating the above and truly enjoyed it. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were unmatched. At this point, we were convinced that Andy knows best and asked him about dessert. He mentioned his favorite was the crème brûlée, so we ordered just that. It truly has to be the best crème brûlée we’ve had. The brûlée layer was thin and toasted to perfection while the crème was thick and flavorful. Thank you for truly amazing service and delicious food.

Capital Grille is ALWAYS the epitome of a 5 star plus experience. The BEST Calamari I've ever had by far. French Onion Soup was a long overdue treat. All the steaks & fish we ordered were outstanding. Yes, it's expensive, but the QUALITY is always top notch & so is the service. The assorted bread dish was out of this world.

Although we only stopped by for a glass of wine and a dessert, the experience was excellent. I enjoyed a delicious port wine paired with a spectacular coffee dessert, perfectly balanced and presented. What truly made the difference was the service. Leo took wonderful care of us: attentive, friendly, and very professional at all times. He made us feel welcome and well taken care of, even on a short visit. Definitely a place I would return to for the full experience. 🍷✨
