Our group came in for High Tea. Overall the experience was great, most of the group has been to a High Tea in other cities. This was my first experience, and I enjoyed it. The Tea was good, although my fiance mentioned one of the teas tasted a little over-burnt. The various coursed snacks were delicious. They were brought out for our group with one of each snack per person on a tiered tray. We also got an additional bottle of bubbles and a cocktail. It was decently busy during our reservation, but the room wasnt packed, around 1pm on a Sunday. Our server/server team was generally great with refilling teas and water and explaining what was being brought out. There were random periods where we didnt see our server for a while, primarily when we were getting ready to close out. As a note for anyone with larger groups, we were told check splitting was limited, its best to have one bill and sort out yourself.

First time experience; ladies, yes its pricy but worth every penny. The food is absolutely exceptional, exquisite, tasty, delicious. Service is phenomenal from the hostess to the waitstaff to the valet. The elegance of the room makes ypu feel a cindirella. What a beautiful place. And how fun is to call a friend to join you in such a crazy expensive escapade and have fun getting a right attire, fun fun fun finding the right dress to feel beautiful to match such event. A+

My husband and I had a wonderful afternoon tea experience at the French Room in the The Adolphus. The hotel is absolutely elegant, and the French Room was just as beautiful and refined. We started with a sparkling wine from the Loire Valley, which was the perfect touch to begin the afternoon. The teas, savory bites, scones, and sweets were all delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout the experience. A lovely and relaxing afternoon we truly enjoyed.

I’ll start off by saying the hotel and tea room is beautiful, a once in a lifetime experience. But disappointingly I don’t feel the amount of food you get is worth the price. The experience is worth about $100+ with tax, tip (20% gratuity tip added to bill), and valet that was $14. Altogether you get about 12 bite size portions and unlimited tea, don’t expect to get full. Our waiter was very friendly, outgoing but personally a little too talkative for me felt like we were taken from the experience a little because of this. I don’t get to do this often with my girlfriends because we are all busy and when we do we want to have time to catch up, and talk. We got the Siberian caviar to get the full experience personally this is a one time experience and I wouldn’t do it again.

We came here for dinner. The food was decent. I think it's definitely more of a bar at night than a dinner place. We had drinks which were what you expect from a hotel bar (decent but nothing special). My husband had the burger which was good (4/5). Not much can be said of a burger. My ravioli was good (3/5), but it was quite salty. I had to flag down the waitress to ask for some bread to tone down the saltiness. The 🌟 of the show was the crepe suzette (6/5). I didn't taste the gin in the ice cream, but I could definitely taste the orange liquor (I believe they used Cointreau). The best compliment I can give is that it is not too sweet (IYKYK). My main complaint about this place was the service. Because gratuity of 20% is already added we really never saw our waitress.
