Philadelphia has many great venues. You will have a great experience. Wyndham Heid Residence fails to meet one lowest expectations. You don’t feel that they value customer experience.

Had a fabulous stay! I wish I could stay at this exact hotel in every city I visit! Love the layout of the room and the convenience the hotel offers. My son and I had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here every time in Philly!

Fantastic stay! The loft was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed… from a kitchen to a washer/dryer. The beds were comfortable. And the views of the city were a wonderful surprise. The location was convenient to the Met. Would highly recommend.

I stayed here in May 2026. The location is nice and I thought the staff were generally nice. Although they double charged me, then refunded get I complained, and refused to pay the difference I lost due the conversion. Other negative aspects include the thin walls and the noise during the evening due to the poorly insulated windows.

Had a wonderful stay at Sonder The Heid in Philadelphia! ✨ The loft was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. It truly felt like a home to another home during my stay. Special thanks to Dawan Patel for the warmth and support throughout the experience. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The overall experience was not great the room was dirty the was a lot of broken components in the bathroom. When we tried to get an extra comforter the told us no because house keeping had left. The location is not optimal no parking nothing really that close a lot of crime. Overall you’d probably have a better experience at any plan old Hilton or sum. Last thing to get into the rooms you quit literally enter the room number with an extra 0 in the middle not safe at all

Our stay at the Heid Lofts was great. Love the way the rooms are played out. They are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional. My only gripe is that the gas fire pit on the rooftop was broken and inoperable during my stay.
