The hallway leading upstairs to the venue smelled like urine. I was too disgusted to touch the handrails. The staff at the ticket counter were pleasant. Bartenders were cool. They could definitely make this place nicer and more inviting. I’m sure they are charging a good coin to book artists there. They need to clean it up!!!

Very small space, I went for big ocean and when I bought my tickets there was a picture with seats that I thought was the venue, so I was very disappointed when I got there and they announced that it's a standing venue only. The stage was tiny and a girl fell off the stage onto equipment, which I didn't even see because I could only see the top half of anyone on the stage. Also not entirely the venue's fault but the concert etiquette was horrendous and I feel like every venue should say something before about keeping hands, phones, and lightsticks at head level. The bathroom was also blocked by the crowd the whole time because it's right next to the stage

The venue is fine. It’s small but that’s expected. You have to park elsewhere as there wasn’t a clear area for parking. The low rating is for the staff. I go to concerts and various venues all the time and this was by far the rudest staff I’ve encountered. We were outside lining up waiting for the event. An older man comes out who works there. He started screaming at everyone and cursing at everyone to get in a single file line. He even called some people names. I understand raising your voice to get everyone’s attention but this was different. This man was yelling at us and he was EXTREMELY aggressive. It made me and several others very uncomfortable it created a very big tension and all of us were on edge after the fact. Then we got inside everything was ok and then we go to get merch and the man at the merch counter tells us the card machine isn’t working but wouldn’t accept cash. I understand systems mess up but he was giving us an attitude while telling us. Not even a minute or two later we see several people walking out with merch. I’m not sure why he wouldn’t let us buy merch. Overall I don’t think I’d ever go back to this place again. I don’t expect the staff to be all smiles and cheery but at least don’t be blantly rude and scream at me and several others. The staff being rude put a damper on the whole night and took away what was supposed to be a fun experience for everyone. I’d save your money and go to another venue if possible.

It was an interesting experience. The venue is small and if you want to see the performers it's tight and standing room only. So be prepared to get close and possibly personal with folks you haven't met yet.

Went to Center Stage to watch the Stardew Valley concert and it was awesome! Got in the doors super fast once they opened, lots of spots for getting drinks & a small spot for food. Hit the bathrooms and those were also clean, which is a big thing for me. Once we got settled the show was wonderful. It is a slightly smaller / more intimate space than some other events I've visited, but it made the show feel more personal, even from my seat which was off to the side. The seating can be a little tight, so if the venue is sold out / if you have friends on the larger side you may find some discomfort, but it wasn't bad at all personally. The performance was incredible, and the stage did its job to amplify the performance of the musicians. If you are looking to see a show here, I think you'll have a good time!
