I wast wondering why beautiful hotel like this had only four stars. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, Hilton included - it’s actually one of my favorite brands, but I’ve never had a check-in experience like this. Hotel itself is gorgeous - love the decor. But the check-in experience was rough. The front desk agent never said hi, looked at us like we didn’t belong there, and couldn’t even acknowledge a “thank you” when we were done. No idea what was going on with her, but it left a bad taste. Every other staff member was great, so it’s not a hotel-wide thing, just that one person. Management should know about it though, because that’s literally the first impression guests get.

Stayed at The Loom Hotel recently and had an amazing experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a unique atmosphere that makes it feel different from your typical stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor patio area, such a great space to relax, have drinks, and enjoy the vibe of the property. The restaurant service was also outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the entire experience. The food and drinks were excellent, and you can really tell the team takes pride in what they do. Overall, such a memorable stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend The Loom to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed here for 3 nights and everything was awesome. The room was cute, clean and a good size. The restaurant is where the Loom shines! Laura took care of us on our first visit to the restaurant and she set the tone for the excellent service we received through our stay. We made one last stop by the restaurant for brunch and Lisa provided the same perfect service. Food is delicious, portions are good, and there is a good variety of options.

I recently stayed at the loom and it truly exceeded my expectations and made the entire trip unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in quick and effortless. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and thoughtful touches that made it feel both luxurious and relaxing. The only issue we encountered was trying to receive towels it took an hour to receive but adam apologized and saved the day!

I’m currently staying here and have had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere has been warm and welcoming. I especially want to recognize the front desk staff member working the night shift today. Because of the blizzard, she has had to remain at the hotel for multiple days to ensure guests are taken care of, yet she has continued to be kind, professional, and incredibly helpful despite the circumstances. That level of dedication truly makes a difference and does not go unnoticed. Thank you for going above and beyond to make guests feel safe and comfortable during a difficult weather situation. It is sincerely appreciated, and I would absolutely stay here again.
