I got the chicken and fries. The fires were unique and delicious - kind of like wedge fries but still have a nice crisp on the edges. The chicken had a delicious but simple seasoning - black pepper, salt, and garlic as far as I can tell. Although there was a touch too much salt. While the restaurant is on the pricier side, it is good value if you enjoy the salad bar!

Low lit romantic atmosphere, no rush vibes from the staff. Relax, enjoy the meal you pay for which is absolutely delicious! Husband ordered pork tenderloin which they butterfly and provide in a very generous portion. Left overs for sure! The meal comes with a salad bar which has everything you can imagine on it! I’ve always ordered prime rib because they do it so well. Shown is the smallest size prime rib which they call “queen”. If I have anything to suggest, I’d say they need bigger plates for the steak, 🥩 it’s really too hard to cut up a steak on a smaller curved plate. I know that’s expensive to do but definitely something they should consider. I just asked for a small dish to move my sides over onto. Good wine selection, nice bar. Friendly staff. If you’re interested in going on a busy time, make reservations.

A Greenville institution since 1969. Good value, great food. Our server was great and helped us with our selections. Service was prompt but not hurried. You can take your time and enjoy your meal at your own pace. Good wine selections and yummy cocktails. I got a surf and turf, my wife got fish. Both very well prepared. I liked their Key Lime Pie for dessert, and I am picky! Going out for dinner can be pricey these days, but we've spend more for much less. Like I said, a good value for the quality. Atmosphere is eclectic, but inviting. We will return!

My wife and I had heard great things about this place so we decided to check it out. We were so glad we did on valentines day. They had a lot of 2 seated tables out on the patio. There is seating inside but it was a little dark for me. I noticed they changed the tablecloths after each table cleared. The service was quite good and the servers were attentive to each of their tables. Each meal comes with a salad bar that has many options. You can request the ribeye to be cut at the table so you can choose the best cut. I got the mahi mahi and my wife got the ribeye steak. My wife said this is the best steak she ever had. I have never been asked how I want the fish cooked. I know its crazy but I wasn't feeling steak that night. This is a great place to eat.

Tonight was our first visit and this place did not disappoint. This place is so inviting upon entering the restaraunt. Definitely purely has the old world charm. Inside you will find multiple dining rooms with fireplaces which adds to the ambiance and unique dining experience. We started out with the scallops and their salad bar which comes with your main course. Everything was delicious. For dinner, I ordered the ribeye and sweet potato and my fiancé ordered the queen cut, prime rib. We really enjoyed our experience at the Peddlar and plan to make this our go-to steak place. Reservations are recommended, however in a week night they can probably work you in.
