I had a fantastic time here. The games are incredibly enjoyable and provide a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. However, I have one minor complaint about the staff. Some of them seem to lack energy and enthusiasm, especially during games. For instance, during a basketball game with a friend, the person setting up the game attempted to toss her the ball, but instead, he accidentally hit her with it. He didn’t even apologize he also saw that we were facing each other and talking at the time. I’m not sure why he tossed it to her; I simply picked up the ball and continued playing. This incident was quite frustrating, but I tried to remain composed and not let my temper ruin the moment. I understand that everyone is having fun and enjoying themselves, but it’s disappointing when the staff doesn’t contribute to the overall positive experience it’s very disappointing when you’re waiting for one of them to walk over to the games that you’re at to set it up and you just see irritation on their face like they don’t want you there. The only thing preventing this place from receiving five stars is the inconsistent energy and enthusiasm of the staff. I could go in more detail about those two people, but this would be too long.

Well overhyped and expensive. To go up to the roof was $22, the games were ok but nothing worth $22. It was overrun by children running around. The drink station was out of the main drafts on the menu (3 of them) which was annoying. The Social was small and the “free games” doesn’t include the pool table. Drinks were expensive. We went to the Ninemile restaurant and although a good experience, the food was expensive for the very little you get. Overall, the experience wasn’t worth the money or the hype.

Steer clear ..don't go. Showed up. Needed reservation. Signed authorization form online. Attendent said we needed to book online at the website. Did that. Didnt work. She tried to help...sort of. , but it didnt seem to work. Then She just referred us to a gentleman. He gave us instructions to a 12 lounge bar. We went. Couldn't find it. When we returned, there was FINALLY one helpful lady who told us the lounge we were looking for was closed on Sundays (the day we were there). The gentleman who had referred us to a closed bar just stood there while the original host stared at us. All we wanted was to go to the rooftop and have a drink (we are from south texas. Not familiar with the place). We ended at Atlanta Winery with Coco, who was PHENOMENAL. Skip this place and go have wine. Their customer service is horrible

We had a company event at The Roof at Ponce City Market, and it was a fun experience! The venue was beautiful with a great atmosphere and nice city views. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout the event. We also checked out the games section—it was a lot of fun and added a nice, playful touch to the evening. Overall, I had a great time, especially since I was visiting Atlanta. I highly recommend this spot for group events or just a fun night out!

$15 + tax and tip to go up, so, about $20. Pretty view of the city, specially if you go around sunset. Nice place to drink and hangout with friends for a few hours, even tho there is a lot of children and it makes it a very noisy place. There is a ticket you can buy for unlimited games. Very little options for food and drinks up there but there are some :)
