36 oz tomahawk steak, medium - perfect. Pinot Noir bottle (Paul Hobbs Russian River, like body) - perfect. A5 wagyu beef sliders - perfect. Outstanding all around service, ambiance, cleanliness, and food. Although it was a bit crowded since it was Father's Day (tables close to each other). Therefore, we opted to sit at the bar. Very comfortable.

It really annoyed me that they have a truffled hasselback potato on the menu, yet what they served was NOT a hasselback potato but rather a baked potato that had been cut (and not even thinly) with topping. There was none of the fanning you'd expect from a hasselback. The filet mignon was decent but having eaten at a Longhorn Steakhouse only the previous week, the steaks were comparable which was disappointing for the price point of the Ruxton. They didn't even get my medium well right - it was more pink than it should have been. Not a saving grace, but I will say the brownie was so good it was almost revelatory, somehow both light and rich at the same time. Service was great, as I expected. Would not come back or recommend to friends.

The steak was to die for it had a buttery tender flavor. The asparagus was so fresh. There drinks were not watered down. When I asked for salt, they gave me grounded pepper and ground salt in this tiny little bowls to pinch an put on my food. There dessert, warmed pound cake with cubed strawberries 🍓 with strawberry crumbles was so much. I had to take most of it home. I highly recommend this place. My bill was around $200. But you pay for good quality food. It was well worth every penny.❤️

I visited for a special occasion dinner over the weekend. Our reservation time was close to closing and we had a large group, but I really appreciate them accommodating us regardless. Our group didn’t feel rushed and everything came out pretty quickly. Our server was Estrella and she was awesome. She skipped no beats. Other staff were also friendly and happy to answer questions/provide guidance. The main room is very beautiful and they gave a complimentary dessert and card which was a sweet touch. I enjoyed my food, but the lemon butter prawns were especially a standout! I loved that the steaks were not over-seasoned so you really got the flavor from the cuts. I’d definitely revisit to try other items. Also, FYI-not sure if it was due to our group size(~9 ppl), but there was a 20% gratuity automatically added along with 3% facilities fee. Valet was $20.

This was our first time here but likely not our last. We drove from DC and it was well worth the trip. I had the bison steak while my wife had the chicken fried lobster tail, both of which we found delicious and good portion sizes. Several of the staff stopped by to check if there was anything our (4 year old) daughter needed or would like, but while they don’t have a kid’s menu they still brought her the extra bread and lemonade she was looking for. All the desserts we tried were great, we are still talking about the Butter Cake a day later. Parking was easy - the garage was right next door.
