Place is nice for the price we paid. We got a queen efficiency (2 queens). Wasn’t expecting a fridge and stove. Bonus! Booked through super.com and got a better rate than Expedia, etc. Clean, mostly quiet (it’s peak vacay season folk) and a short drive to all things that you like. Note: there’s 2 different buildings. One is oceanfront, the other isn’t. Pay attention when booking to what you select.

There were old floss picks on the ground in the bathroom, the pullout bed was full of sand and I ended up not using it and just sleeping in the chair, there’s no provided breakfast, no shuttle, no amenities except the pool and closeness to the ocean, it is not remotely close to the CCMF grounds and has no real nightlife around it. The female staffer that was on shift in the morning and early afternoons was extremely short with me in person and on the phone when I just called. They do not let you know about a $150 refundable deposit in advance and when they say “deposits release today” they really mean that it takes 3-5 days for a credit or debit card and up to 30 days if you used a cashapp, Venmo, or chime card. If you’re literally just looking for a crash pad it’s fine but a luxury stay it is not. The other review is right in saying it’s dated. The shower just barely got warm. And for a room that says it sleeps 4 on the website…I would be shocked if 4 people fit.

Not the easiest on the eyes but we had an amazing stay. They allowed us to check in way earlier and helped with an issue with check in. Made everything super easy. The pool and lazy river was super fun. Very kid friendly. Easy walk to the beach. Great staff. Everything about our stay at the hotel was great.

Stayed in the “Romance Suite” and it was disgusting. The floors were so sticky and gross we had to wear shoes the whole time. We thought maybe it was because the building is off to itself from the office but no, it’s not. I took my kids here recently after the stay at the romance suite hoping the family suite would be cleaner since it’s a family suite and gets used more but I was wrong. I brought my own bleach and bleached everything because the counters weren’t wiped down the shower and bathtub wasn’t clean You can honestly tell that they just come in there and change the sheets that’s it. I spent well over $1,700 total for the romance suite and family suite and let me just say I could have stayed at the Hilton for the price of this place and had a cleaner nicer stay. The maintenance man there is weird: we witnessed him doing inappropriate stuff to himself in the pool maintenance room that’s inside while watching a young girl. The indoor pool area is gross and the doors/windows do not lock or close all the way so it’s basically like being outside. If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. These comments about it being a great place have to be bots, because that’s the biggest crock of crap I’ve read.

A little nice room located right on the beach depending what type of room you book. The ocean front rooms are in the building along the ocean obviously with the indoor pool in that building and then there are two other buildings across the road which are in walking distance to the beach. I stayed in a one king bed room suite which was not oceanfront but I was satisfied with the room. It was clean and the bed was nice and comfty. They do not do any type of breakfast, I thought they did dunno websites saying they did but the desk worker told me they havent done that in over 3 years BUT they did have free coffee in the lobby for guests and a little area where you could buy other drinks and snacks if you desired too. It is a $50 deposit that they want on a card to stay here if you don't have the deposit on a card and only cash the deposit goes up to $250. But that's only if you want to pay that in cash which it is refundable as long as you don't mess up there room.
