The Schiff team did a great job helping us find our new home. As newcomers to Atlanta we did not know which neighborhood would suit us best. Michael was very patient as we looked at a lot of properties around the city. He also was very knowledgeable about each neighborhood. While this was not our first home purchase it was our first purchase in Georgia. When it came time to make an offer and work through the closing process Michael and his office team were very helpful guiding us through each step. Leigh, Lindsay and Jenn--The Schiff Team--were on top of every detail needed to keep the sale of our house on track. Without fail, they showed up early to turn on lights, arrange things and check the yard. They found only pre-qualified, very motivated buyers. They followed all Covid-19 procedures. They meticulously closed the house up after every showing. Their sales brochure was beautiful, as were the fact sheets. They had a beautiful video made of the house, employing drone footage to orient the viewer to the neighborhood. This was the best home selling experience we have ever had.
