I had a lovely experience at the spa with my mom! We got 60 minute massages and spent the rest of the afternoon in the sauna and steam room. The ladies working at the spa greeted us by name and we loved all the special touches throughout since we were celebrating a special occasion. I thought the tea service was so lovely, and they even gave us a few extra teabags since we complemented the specific blend that they used. Natalya, Kristin and Jacquelyn were all amazing and made our day extra special! Thank you all so much!

We had the most peaceful and pampering afternoon. Sauna, steam room, quiet lounge with prosecco and st germain spritz, and a massage. It was amazing and the staff and amenities were amazing. Few notes: 1. Pool access is not included 2. Recommended to valet but there is also a parking deck behind

I wasn’t planning on leaving a review but decided to do so because that was the worst massage I have ever had. I am not going to say the name of the masseuse because I don’t want her to get in trouble. She was nice and entertaining at first but then kept trying to upsell me on everything which was extra annoying. The massage was not a massage more of a rubbing than anything, really the worst massage experience I have had and I have room for comparison as massages are definitely my thing. Prior to me getting the massage I told her the areas I want her to focus on. She understood but didn’t do half of what she said she would, that probably made me the most angry. How do I pay over $500 for less than 90 min and you play it so unfairly!? As I told her to focus on my shoulders she said she will use the massage gun which is the most unusual thing but I went with it, since I rather have that than rubbing and not doing anything productive. I was supposed to get a mask in the meantime, she said during halftime of the massage she would put it on. Fast forward to few minutes left of the massage she decided its time for the mask which I told her that I want to take it home since I won’t have enough time for it to work it’s thing on my skin, she said she had opened it already so it had to be replaced for me to bring it home and had to ask for permission which they did allow to happen so I appreciate that one little part. Mentioning the areas of most necessity, the quads were a priority for me, she did them in the end for 30 seconds each quad, she said she only had 3 min left and next person was coming up!? Wow. What a disappointment and a scam. She wasted time for nonsense, couldn’t keep up according to schedule, disrespecting my time, funds and just wellbeing across the board. I hope not everyone there provides such a horrendous service because at this point St. Regis what are you doing!? In the end she had the audacity to try to sell me a cream, at this point I was really working and building endurance on my patience. Now as I am writing this I still need a massage, my body aches and I wasted 90 min of my life with such reckless experience. Don’t do it!!!!

Spent my birthday in pure bliss at the St. Regis Spa—and it did not disappoint! There’s something magical about the timeless elegance of the space; it felt rich with old-world charm yet completely fresh and luxurious. Between the lounge vibes and the St. Germain spritzer served after my treatment, I left feeling light, refreshed, and fully renewed. Hard to believe this was my first visit after five birthdays in Atlanta… but definitely not my last. Consider me a St. Regis spa girl now.🍾🛁 ✨ Will I be back? Without question. This is officially added to my personal spa circuit, and next time, I’m coming back specifically for Zarima’s healing hands and that unforgettable Hungarian massage that was a part of the Rose Quartz Radiance treatmentl.

I recently visited the Saint Regis Spa and overall had a lovely experience. The facilities are absolutely beautiful—elegant, clean, and serene, which really sets the tone for a relaxing day. I had a manicure, pedicure, massage, and facial. While the ambiance was top-notch, I found the actual services a bit underwhelming for a luxury spa. The facial didn’t leave my skin feeling noticeably refreshed or glowing the way it typically does after treatments at other high-end spas like the Four Seasons. Similarly, the pedicure could have been more exfoliating and hydrating—it just lacked that extra polish and attention to detail I expected. One thing I was a little disappointed by was not being able to use the pools, which would have added so much to the overall experience. All in all, it’s a stunning space and a peaceful escape, but the treatments didn’t quite live up to the luxurious setting
