I loved the stay here, particularly the breakfast and the view. The lobby areas were beautiful as well. My husband says we will visit as a weekend get away every few months.

Just left here for my birthday. It's very obvious of the demographic of people they serve our serve was nonexistent barley served us keep in mind me and my wife where the only people of color that are two women dining and we basically received judgement and rlack of service when our server got other tables with people of caucasian decent we could literally watch him 4 tables away provide better service. Moving forward we orders the lamp chops and the scallops and the Mac & cheese if not all most of the food was cold and over cooked it was such a dis appointment that we could not even relay to our server due to being absent so we ending up packing it to go just to give to our dogs. For $300 it was absolutely not worth it at all. The only actual thing we enjoyed where the drinks and the crab cakes. So for the experience it was the absolute worse for a birthday dinner for two.

An amazing place. The moving platform in the bar is simply delightful.

The view is lovely, the food is expensive (but part of the experience), and I will not be going back because of the service. As we were leaving the restaurant, our waiter, who had been pleasant enough all evening, followed us to the door, accosting us for not tipping him enough. Looking back at our receipt, the tip was about 14%, and while we normally aim for 15-18%, even the difference between what we tipped and 20% would only have been a few dollars. Definitely not worth being yelled at with the receipt shoved in our faces, asking for more money. Please don't be unkind because our math was slightly off (and you were still tipped over $20). I emailed The Sun Dial about this experience twice and never heard back.

I came to this location with 3 other people on a business trip . This place has a FANTASTIC view of the city. The service was top shelf and the restaurant was quiet enough to have conversation. This would be a great place for a special occasion. We had a handful of appetizers to start. I had the braised short ribs and it was very good, tender, no knife needed. We had a few bottles of wine as well, then topped it off with dessert. I am not sure what the final bill was, but if was over $250/person, I wouldnt be surprised. It was worth it though. Enjoy the experience!

This is a dining experience. The food, atmosphere, and views are second to none in Atlanta. The prices are higher than many restaurants in Atlanta, but in this case you are paying for the atmosphere and views as well. The service I received was phenomenal as well. It may not a place I would be a regular at if I live in the area, but for special occasions I would make it a recommended option. Will be back.
