LOVE the Well. They have friendly staff, delicious dedicated gluten free food, and a comfortable atmosphere. The patio out front is my favorite place to sit. My go-to meal is the avocado toast with chicken salad with a lavender latte, so delish! My wife and I love The Well so much that we held our wedding reception there. The staff were so helpful with setting up the decorations for us and creating a beautiful atmosphere where we were given 5-star service the entire time. I need to especially give a shoutout to The Well's event coordinator, Natasha F., she truly saved us from becoming Bridezillas! Thank you ALL for making our day special and for providing a completely gluten-free environment for me to feel safe to eat in anytime. See ya'll again soon!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The first time we visited The Well, we accidentally did the wrong thing — and honestly, I’m laughing about it now because the hostess told us it apparently happens all the time. We walked into what we thought was the main entrance, ordered food on the takeout screen, and then proceeded over to the hostess stand… only to realize afterward that we should have entered through the other door. Once you get there, you’ll probably understand exactly what I mean. There’s definitely an opportunity for a larger “Main Entrance” sign or clearer direction at the front. That small confusion aside, the rest of our experience was absolutely wonderful. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, friendly, patient, and genuinely happy to help. The initial mix-up was quickly forgotten once we settled into a cozy booth with a great view of the restaurant. The space itself is beautifully designed — modern, calming, thoughtfully decorated, and visually inviting without feeling overly trendy or forced. Everything feels intentional. Then the food arrived. Our dish was beautifully plated, incredibly fresh, and packed with flavor. What impressed us even more was learning how focused The Well is on creating a highly customizable, health-forward, and allergen-friendly dining experience. Nearly every dish can be made vegan, nut-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free. Even more impressive, their menu is entirely free of: • Gluten • Dairy • Seed oils • Soy • Refined sugar • GMOs We actually didn’t realize all of that going in, but after tasting the quality and thoughtfulness behind the food, we were seriously impressed. The Well manages to create healthy food that still feels indulgent, satisfying, and beautifully crafted — which is not always easy to do. We’ll absolutely be back and can’t wait to continue exploring more of the menu. Not pictured here, we also ordered one oat milk latte, and one Cortado— the coffee is also delicious.

Gluten-free heaven! Every single item on the menu is gluten-free. They also have lots of options for vegan dairy free and so on. But having been gluten-free for some time I so tired of sitting down in a restaurant where about all I can order is "Caesar salad salad with chicken, hold the croutons." This was a festival for me! Additionally, I had what may have been the best nonalcoholic drink I've ever been served, a cucumber basil soda My husband had a taco medley on blue corn tortillas with yummy fresh ingredients I had the chicken which is what the waiter recommended. And I concur.. It was and forgive me I forget the details but responsibly raised chicken on a bed of quinoa and yummy vegetables including pickled fennel and tender snap peas, sautéed spinach and probably some other things with a yogurt sauce. The chicken breast was cut horizontally ensuring that it was all cooked perfectly, a touch of crispness on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside

Delicious Wagyu steak, wish it was a bigger portion though. Chimichurri sause was one of the best I've had, so flavorful and fresh. I also got bone broth and it was good but a bit too fatty per my taste. My friend got a salad with chicken and loved it, so fresh and tasty and really good portion. Ambiance is very cute with indoor and outdoor seating available.

The Well was one of my favorite Austin experiences! It’s so hard to find a restaurant that accommodates more than just one dietary restriction. This is THE place to bring that guest that you feel like can never find anything to eat on the menu without customizing it. We desperately need more restaurants with dedicated gluten-free kitchens or fryers. Our server was such a sweet guy, and he was super relatable. The drinks were good but pretty pricey. A $20 cocktail is the norm in Austin, but I hate to see food menu items cost less than some drinks. I can’t say enough about the beautiful atmosphere. Top notch seating, excellent lighting, vibrant plants, open layout. I highly recommend!
