A Perfect, Refreshing Stay Near IAH! I had an outstanding stay at the TownePlace Suites Houston Humble/IAH Airport. Why This Property Stands Out- Immaculately Clean: The entire property smells fresh and looks spotless. Modern Design: The hotel is clearly newer with contemporary finishes. Ultimate Comfort: The beds and pillows offer a fantastic night's sleep. Spacious Rooms: Functional suites provide plenty of room to stretch out. Airport Convenience: Proximity to IAH makes travel completely stress-free. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the amenities were top-notch. I will absolutely make this my go-to hotel whenever I fly into the Houston area. High recommended!

I had no issues with my stay at this location except for one, the supervisor named Jesus (pronounced hay-soos). I specifically requested documentation of my hotel stay to be emailed to me which many hotels have the capability to do so but was met with attitude, excuses and reluctance. He acted as if he didn't know how to send the documentation by email because he didn't want too then proceeded to tell me that I was going to be charged and extra night for my stay which was incorrect. As an employee in a supervisory position, there are basic things that you should know how to do. He offered no solution only excuses and poor customer service. He then proceeded to pass my request off to a different employee, Dacia (works the night shift) who went above and beyond, was knowledgeable and got me exactly what I needed. It would have been fine if he genuinely didn't know how to process my request and admit to it but to find out that he did but just didnt want to is not only dishonest but makes me wonder what else he has gotten away with at this location.

Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for low-key, clean, and a place near the airport. We stayed here for the Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect for the price. The staff was very friendly, professional, and courteous! Special shout out to Liam who welcomed us on the first day. Also, it smelled really good when we first walked in and throughout the hallways and the housekeeping staff was very sweet. We will choose this place again!
