  I’ve been to this location multiple times and I’m always impressed. Today i got the 2 hour combo, Swedish massage and feet reflexology. Just finished my second massage and i couldn’t be more grateful. Prices are affordable. I think I’m going to come once a week as regular maintenance. Thank you guys. John did my Swedish massage and Ping dod my foot massage. I loved it.

  Nice ambiance but over priced. Helen was good but didn’t massage my arms, hands or fingers. Same for feet, they mainly rubbed my legs and not much with my feet. Would not return.

  I’ve been coming here for months and always request the same therapist, but my last visit will absolutely be just that, my last. I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but the way this was handled and my now 6day later pain pushed me to. Something was clearly off right away. I don’t know if her schedule was overbooked by the front desk which she implied, but the entire massage felt rushed, disconnected, and unusually harsh. I left with terrible sharp pain that has now turned into a dull ache radiating down my arm days later. I was told I received a full 90 minutes, which simply isn’t true. They have cameras and could simply check when she walked in and out. She started 17 minutes late (yes I checked), and I was shorted about 9 minutes. That time matters, especially when you’re paying for a 90 minute service and expecting quality. A good therapist can get a lot done in 9mins but it was already bad anyway. Beyond the timing, the experience itself was not what I’ve come to expect from her. She wasn’t paying attention to my body or my feedback. I was flinching, pulling away, and even saying ok that hurts, and it wasn’t adjusted. I should have left but I didn’t want to offend her. The focus was also off, too much time spent on areas I didn’t ask for like my calves and ankles…yes ankles, while my voiced main concerns (back, neck, and feet) were not properly addressed. Multiple times she was definitely on her phone, I could feel her staying in one spot with one hand and moving without intention just rubbing a random spot then 2 hands and it would go back to a rhythm. That alone made the experience feel careless and unprofessional, especially because it was already poor. At the end when I brought up the timing to the front desk, I was told my therapist told them it was a full 90 minutes. That lack of honesty is what ultimately led me to write this. A poor experience is one thing, butbeing dismissed, overlooked and misled is another. I paid $120 for a service that left me in pain and feeling completely disregarded. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to anyone who asks. The environment was chaotic, the antithesis of calming and just a mess. If you dare go, don’t go on a weekend.

  I will always take an opportunity to give sterling reviews about this establishment. My Services here over the years have never disappointed. Today I am giving a shout out to Kate! ✅ I am one that needs the specific type of massage that I choose to be as expected. I generally prefer deep tissue massages. Kate was on point at every level! This place has pleasant and professional staff within a clean, secure and relaxing environment. I have always been well accommodated and welcomed there.   Literally treat your feet 🦶🏾 & what a treat it was! Omg the customer service was on point & the masseuse were even better!! I called before I visited to secure a quick appointment & they were quite accommodating. The prices are exactly what they should be for 60minute reflexology & 90 minutes. 60 min foot massage was $45 🫰🏾 So glad we stumbled upon this place & had a pleasurable experience. I’ll be back!!
