This United Club in Terminal B is very very spacious. Lots of Room for everyone on two different floors. Couple bars, quite a few food stations and I really like the gummy bears. That said, it would be nice to have better wine option without extra cost and the food/proteins can be improved. Also, the place could use few extra tvs that are larger, especially during FiFa.

Extremely rude attendant at entry. I have the united credit card. I had 2 free vouchers I wanted to use before they expire. Was flying through a different airline when I went to see if I could get into the lounge. I guess they changed the rules a few years back to where now you need to be flying United to get in.... The attendant felt like he needed to be a smug and extremely rude jerk when relaying this information. It is fine we couldnt get in, the rules are the rules. what is not OK is the extremely rude attitude.

Great amenities but I have to give it zero stars for whomever designed the chair furnishings. The metal chairs screech when moved on the hard floor-like nails on a chalkboard (remember them?)

No seats in the United Club on a Saturday afternoon! So glad (not!) I renewed my credit card at an annual fee of more than 50% over last year. Gate has much more seating and amenities.

Lounge is nice, clean, and comfortable. The bar is great. The food is awful, hot buffet food that has just been sitting there and it’s all just mush. Would be nice to have more pastry options, bagels and simple items. Really disappointed there, Capital One 100% outshines United on the food options.
