If I could give this place a negative # I definitely would. A group of 4 went to celebrate a birthday at happy hour. $7.00 for 3 hot wings, taste like something frozen and heated up. My friend had chicken fingers. They looked jacked up. The bartender from the moment we walked in had a bad personality and the drinks...absolutely horrible, 2 of my friends paid the upcharge for better tequila, but the drink was nasty to it's core. I have nothing good to say. I did tip $5.00 but really they owe me that money back for the time I can't get back and wasted there. Don't waste your time or money.

Came in for a few drinks and Yasemin Z gave horrible customer service. She was drinking her coffee at the end of the bar while we were sitting there for almost 10 minutes. She didn't ask if we needed anything. We didn't even have menus. We had to get them ourselves. When she finally did walk down towards our end of the bar she didn't even greet us. I had to ask her for drinks. It was only about 10 people in the place so there's no excuse. She needs to be re trained. 🙄 After finishing our drinks she never even came back to ask if we needed anything else. Or even ask if we wanted food. Two thumbs down!

I love this place!! Sal the owner was awsome to me and my friends.. it’s really a laid back place on the weekdays and a turn up during the weekends.. if your not here I dnt know where else to be.. we played pool had hookah and had drinks it really reasonable price and cool atmosphere.. definitely a place to be

Security was communicative and helpful, but my experience hosting a Philadelphia Pride event here was disappointing. There was confusion about our event start time, and after discussions about having access to both floors, we were only given the second floor. This hurt attendance and caused many guests to leave. We also asked staff to direct guests to our Pride event, but instead guests were given the option of a cheaper downstairs party, causing many of our attendees to stay downstairs. Some guests who paid for the downstairs event were later allowed upstairs, which negatively affected our revenue. To make matters worse, multiple guests paid admission at the venue’s front door instead of through our event. We were only refunded for one of those transactions, despite several other guests paying the venue directly that night. If you’re planning to host an event here, make sure every detail is clearly agreed upon in writing. Vibe Lounge may be a good place to hang out, but based on my experience, it was not a good business partnership. It was especially disappointing to see masculine-presenting women treated differently at an event that was supposed to promote safety and inclusivity. (Your comment still doesn’t validate how you took money from our guests for your door on the first floor . It makes sense why you would only allow the second floor to be rented out . I still have guests calling and telling us how you had your security basically force them to pay the $10 for the first floor. Like I said , if I were you I would not host and event here unless they have it in writing and you have someone on the first floor to watch how they say things to the guest upon arrival . It was wrong and very shady business period.

I have been going to Vibe Lounge for a few months now and I love it there. Its not close to my home but the drive is worth it. Everyone there is super welcoming from the host when you first walk in to the owner himself. Star is one of the bartenders there and her customer service is top tier. I'm never disappointed when I leave this establishment.

The food was mid. I was served undone chicken didn’t really notice it until i looked down at the 3rd piece and seen how pink it was. Told the guy who claimed he was a manager and he had a shitty attitude. He needs to do better at his age. His customer service skills a 0!!!!!!! Although my hookah was and my lemon drop was good.
