⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at the Viceroy Washington DC My husband Naim and I had the most amazing experience at the Viceroy Washington DC. From the moment we arrived, we knew this hotel was something special. Jennifer and Zack greeted us during check-in, and the level of service was outstanding. Zack went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness were truly top-tier. He set the tone for what turned out to be a perfect stay. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. We instantly fell in love with the layout, the stylish design, and the intimate boutique feel. The room was immaculate, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable—we didn’t want to get out of it! A special thank you to Armond as well, who was incredibly pleasant and added to the exceptional hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but this was by far the best boutique hotel experience I’ve ever had. Every member of the staff made us feel valued, and every detail exceeded our expectations. The Viceroy turned our getaway into a memorable experience that we’ll be talking about for a long time. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

Excellent stay at a very clean and updated boutique hotel. Zero issues with anything. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean, modern and spacious. Location is good and safe with plenty of walkable places in a short distance and a short Uber or bus ride to museums. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a long weekend and honestly it exceeded expectations. The rooms are stylish without trying too hard — clean lines, great beds, and the kind of bathroom you actually want to spend time in. Location on 14th Street is perfect; walkable to so much but still feels like you’re in a real neighborhood rather than the tourist bubble. The staff were genuinely warm, not just going-through-the-motions hotel friendly. And having Dovetail downstairs is a huge bonus — we ended up eating there twice because why would you leave? Only downside was that the pool was being renovated when we went!! Would 100% book again next time I’m in DC.

We booked our wedding room block here, with our venue 1 block away at Fathom Gallery 14 Street. This was the perfect central location to all of our wedding events. The rooms were stunning, service impeccable, and the hotel was truly the perfect home base for our wedding weekend. Working with Khris to manage the room block was seamless, and she was very responsive to my questions and requests. Every individual we encountered whether it be valet, front desk, room service, or housekeeping was friendly, and truly went above and beyond knowing we were there for our wedding. We could not have had a better experience and are looking forward to our next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at the Viceroy DC! I especially want to highlight Hugo at the front desk, he was absolutely fantastic. Always smiling, incredibly friendly, and very knowledgeable, he provided excellent recommendations for activities around the city.
