Hashem at the front desk, surpassed my expectations! He was so nice & accommodating. I was pretty frustrated when I went to park & there was no parking & still had to pay a parking fee but Hashem went out of his way to make sure I got something back from that. He’s extremely personable & kind. Well deserving of a raise!

The room was good. But I still wonder why they put full size beds instead of queens in the rooms. They are not big enough for a couple that are accustomed to a king sized bed. The one thing that was a complete stand out was our waitress for breakfast. Her name was Mei Shih. She was the best part of this hotel experience. Cheerful and so very pleasant upon our first morning there. We requested her the rest of the week because of how amazing she was. She is honestly a shining star in this hotel. Mei Shih gets a raving review from us.

I had an outstanding experience at the Washington Hilton, and I want to specifically recognize Bereket at the front desk for delivering exceptional customer service. When I first arrived to my room, it hadn’t been cleaned. I went back down to the front desk, not upset at all, just looking to get it sorted out. Bereket immediately took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to make things right. He quickly got me into a new room — and not just any room, but one with an incredible view of the city. On top of that, he generously comped $50 toward dining, which was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. Throughout the entire interaction, he was professional, apologetic, and genuinely focused on taking care of me as a guest — even when I reassured him it wasn’t his fault. It’s rare to see that level of accountability and care. Bereket truly represents what great hospitality should look like. Because of him, what could have been a negative experience turned into a great one. 5 stars all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had the best experience checking in with Isabel at the front desk. Our room wasn’t ready and she could tell we were absolutely dragging after flying out very early. She spoke with Shak and was able to find a room ready for us right away. We were SO thankful as we had our in laws with us and they were exhausted. I can’t thank Isabel and Shak enough for taking care of us! The hotel itself is nice and although it is renovated it definitely still smells of 1942. It can be difficult to get an uber or Lyft into the front circle for pick up. The closest metro station is a good walk away. Do NOT have breakfast in the downstairs buffet. It is EXPENSIVE and the food is comparative to a complimentary continental breakfast. Go out to Starbucks or Panera to start your day. The hotel is located is a great area of town with a lot of food options.

I recently stayed at Hilton Washington DC and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was Chef Daniel. He was absolutely wonderful—so warm and welcoming—and truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. He also took the time to personally recommend some great local restaurants in the area, which turned out to be amazing choices. Thanks to the attentive staff and Chef Daniel’s thoughtful hospitality, my stay was memorable and I would happily return. Highly recommend!
