My review is relative to price compared to other properties in the area. This is an excellent value and I would definitely come back. Well located…easily accessible to public transportation (Foggy Bottom Metra), 1.5 miles from the mall, close to GWU campus, Georgetown, and DuPont circle. The food options are endless; for breakfast I like Bagels Etc ($5 for a bagel and small coffee, cash only). Plenty of convenient (within a few blocks) places to park (I use SpotHero). Staff were very friendly. Spacious and clean room/bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee bar is a nice touch. The water pressure is insane in the best way. Expect street noise at night, this is the heart of DC. Run the HVAC fan to soften it.

Usually recommend this property to friends and family visiting. We did not have a great experience when we stayed for a second time at the beginning of May. Would recommend staying at other properties. Guest services/customer service won’t do much and it took us 3 days to get any type of house keeping after asking the front desk twice and also using concierge to text. Randi at the front desk was really nice and great, other than that don’t waste money in the Cisco breakfast- just go to Tatte or Call your Mother.

A nice little Hotel in a central location. Not set up well for handicapped accessibility as there is two small sets of steps to enter the hotel and no ramp for wheelchair, walker or to roll bags up. With our handicapped tag we were able to park across the street, otherwise it would have been $40 per night at a lot a block or so away from the hotel.

Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. The environment was calm and refined, and the comfort level was outstanding. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, and the service was consistently attentive without being intrusive. It’s rare to find such a balanced and well-managed experience.
