The Views, Food, and ambiance is amazing. BUT the customer service (specifically for table seating or group seating) was underwhelming and off putting for this type of establishment and for what you spend. Very dismissive and inattentive. Almost as if they are doing you a favor for providing you customer service. Gratuity is included in the bill so this could explain the lack of duty, hospitality and professionalism. The setting and the clientele that this place attracts and puts off is not suitable for the young lady that served us. My recommendation would be small groups or a date night no more than 4 people and order from the bar and avoid any kind of table service and kind of do your own thing and enjoy the ambiance.

Let me start by saying that the food, music, views, and overall ambiance were amazing. The drinks were decent, but unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. We reserved a section for 10 and had to track down our server multiple times. At one point, she disappeared completely and came back with an attitude yelling at us that she had to take a break. Went straight hood. We knew it was time to go. The manager's response was even more disappointing. Since our server was missing, I went to the bar to order additional drinks. Instead of assisting me, he dismissed my request and said he would send the server over. He wouldn't even provide a glass of water while we waited. When you're spending over $1,000, you expect exceptional service. But, that's not the case when gratuity is automatically ncluded. I would return for the atmosphere alone. The bartenders were friendly, and the food, music, and views made for a great experience. Next time, I'd skip table service and order directly from the bar.

I’ve been here a couple of times on a weekend nights, and the view of the Wharf from the outdoor terrace is amazing. Every time I’ve visited, the staff has been friendly and consistent, and the manager is very attentive as well. This is a great spot to grab a few drinks without the typical nightlife chaos. The atmosphere is relaxed, with music playing at a comfortable volume so you can still have a conversation. There’s plenty of seating both outdoors and indoors, including seats at the bar. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend it for drinks with friends.

John and Mercy provided outstanding service at Whiskey Charlie Rooftop Restaurant in Washington, DC. They were welcoming, attentive, and very professional throughout the visit. The drinks were excellent, and the waterfront views created a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, everything was well organized and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

Had such a fun time here on a Saturday night… great vibes, good music, and the service honestly made the whole experience even better!! Big shoutout to Brook, who was our main bartender most of the night and made killer cocktails. Also shoutout to Eden, John, and Kee who awesome too and made everything feel really welcoming and fun for our group of 6! Definitely a spot we’d come back to!

The bar is located inside the hotel. We entered through the lowest level and you can indicate on the elevator that you are going to the bar and it'll drop you off right there. It was bar service and so we ordered at the bar and collected our own drinks. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. Some tables were already reserved but we were able to snag a table outside. The views here are excellent! The river, the lights, the airplanes taking off and landing. All so great We got the Whiskey Charlie Mule, Old Scallywag, and Idillwyld Spritz. All were excellent. The old scallywag was a great old fashioned. The spritz was very refreshing and not too sweet. Overall, would recommend and would definitely revisit.
