If you are looking for a place close by IAH, that is affordable and clean, then this is your place to say for a night or 2. Liz was very friendly, professional and welcoming. She definitely deserves praise for her customer service. If we are ever in the area again we wouldn't mind staying here. Ps. The "continental breakfast SUCKS. Instant oatmeal, pancakes and toast doesn't count as "continental" it's just cheap. There should be waffles, powdered eggs and sausage patties or links and bacon thrown in there somewhere. PSS- Waffle House is next door :)

I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this Wyndham property to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Very poor experience. The hotel cancelled reservation on the day of the stay, 1 hour before check-in. Front desk agent, Cherlise(sp?), was very arrogant and unwilling to help saying this happens all the time and it’s nothing new. Asked for manager, and apparently manager had already left for the day at 1:30pm. I booked directly with Wyndham so I had to file a complaint with them, which takes a week to resolve and no immediate resolution. I had to book another hotel last minute which was more expensive since this hotel was not willing to help. Lately my experience with Wyndham has been poor as compared to Hyatt, IHG, Marriott Bonvoy, etc. There are other better hotels in the area with better customer service, better amenities, reliable and friendly staff so skip this one.

The hot breakfast is a lie just bagels, coffee, and yogurt, half of the things here dont work amd just have notes on them that say out of order or do not touch (including some doors). Service is always elongated by some process thats never visible, the stairwell and hallways smell. There's no reason for this hotel to be rated 3.3 stars.

This hotel is kind of a hot mess. Not sure where to start. There is no parking in the parking lot. Cars had to park next door because there were no parking spots in the hotel lot and they were towed. The Continental breakfast is pretty sad. Little pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt and store-bought bagels. The phone in our room was broken so we could not call the front desk. The security latch on the door was non-existent, so maintenance had to come and fix it the next day. They do have a pool as advertised, however, there are no table tops for the deck tables, no cushions for the chairs. The feature wall outside by the pool does not work, nor does the jetted pool attached to the swimming pool. The Jets do not work. There was a rain shower head in the shower, but the water pressure was such that it took an hour to take a shower. The inside of the bathtub was "bowl shaped" and so it was not safe to take a shower in there. Would absolutely not recommend it for children or older persons. It is simplynot safe. The ice machine was filthy, and when I asked for bottled cold water, they told me it would be a dollar a bottle. They ran out of bath towels to replace the towels in the room. They said they were all in the laundry. I think that pretty well covers it. I would highly recommend finding another place to stay that has better, cleaner accommodations.
