  As someone who spent nine years as a Spa General Manager, I tend to notice the details that separate a good spa experience from a great one. Woodhouse Spa Buckhead exceeded my expectations from start to finish during my birthday visit on June 1st. Dynasty was wonderful during the booking process, taking the time to explain the package options and helping me select the best services for my day, especially since they differed slightly from another Woodhouse location I had visited. My Swedish Body Balance Massage with Frankie was excellent. I particularly appreciated the stretching he incorporated into the service, which was exactly what my body needed. Diamond performed my Holistic Pedicure. While the pedicure itself was just okay (I have had better), Diamond's calming energy, professionalism, and attentiveness elevated the entire experience and made it incredibly relaxing. The highlight of my day was the Repair & Revive Facial Upgrade with Mayra. It was one of the best facials I have ever received. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to educate me about my skin and product recommendations. My skin glowed afterward, and the results were worth every minute. A special thank you to Kimora, my concierge for the day. She went above and beyond by decorating each treatment room with birthday wishes and ensuring every detail felt personal. The thoughtful birthday postcard waiting for me at the end of my visit was the perfect finishing touch. Great spa experiences are created by great teams, and this team clearly understands hospitality, guest experience, and attention to detail. I left feeling celebrated, relaxed, and looking forward to my next visit.

  Entire staff was kind, courteous, and did their job well. I felt welcomed. Akiria gave an incredible massage and was mindful of previous injuries, making sure I was comfortable. Diamond did a great job with my pedicure and manicure, made great suggestions and advice for aftercare and healthy nail growth. Mayra really got into my pores and helped me learn so much about managing better skin care, my first ever facial, it was relaxing and my skin is so bright and smooth. My brows also look great! The hostesses we lovely and friendly, they helped me feel comfortable in the space. They gave me a birthday gift to take home and decorated the spa with happy birthday signs, it was sweet and thoughtful.

  Beautiful facility and excellent customer care. From entrance to exit the Wood House Spa experience is amazing. I’ll definitely return. My masseur, Andre, displayed exemplary customer care and attentiveness to problem areas. I recommend him if you’re planning to schedule a SWEDISH massage.

  My son treated me to a day at the spa and it was wonderful. I was greeted by smile that were very welcome. The seating area was roomy and nice. Akira was my therapist and she was very attentive. She concentrated on the spots that needed the most work and I felt revived afterwards. I would recommend this place.

  Halfway decent spa experience, but not worth the price. Parking in the deck was difficult as there wasn’t clear signage directing you where to go. I booked an 80 minute Swedish body balance but had about a 65 minute mall massage. 1 of my friends’ additional add-on services was paid for, but not provided. Another friends’ locker wouldn’t lock. They were very strict about the 1 champagne/mimosa glass, even after I offered to pay. Bags of skinny pop & trail mix where these snacks offered. Only 1 of the 2 restrooms were available in the ladies locker room (The other was out of order), which ran out of toilet paper. Definitely won’t be returning.
