    1) I booked a room and received arrival instructuons on May 23, 2026 at 8:57 PM. 2) I arrived to the hotel and discovered I booked the wrong date (I mistakenly booked for June 24, 2026). I was informed of the error and was told the hotel was sold out. 3) I submitted a free cancelation request at 9:06 PM on May 23, 2026 (Less than 10 minutes from the time I received arrival instructions). 4) I sent five (5) cancelation follow up messages and was finally told on June 01, 2026 that the request was denied. 5) I spoke to the manger who lacked effective listening skills and was more concerned as to if I was telling the truth about the hotel being sold out when I arrived than offering any solution. 6) I heard nothing else from the manager but received a message on June 01, 2026 with arrival instructions for my erroneously booked June 24th stay. 7) I replied that II had no plans to be in the area on the 24th and that I made several attempts to cancel the room within minutes of booking it. Also, I indicated that I would be leaving an objective review regarding my experience. 8) Only after mentioning I planned to leave a review of my experience was I offered a "date adjustment" (28 days after I attempted the free cancelation and with ample time to resale the room. 9) Clearly the manger and/or hotel is more concerned with revenue than customer service and empathy. 10) I will never stay at this property nor would I recommend it to anyone.

    I have never met a better extended stay staff than this one especially Sabrina & Larry. Sabrina & Larry are very attentive and respond promptly to any concerns. I like how clean this hotel is and the location is good. They have also recently started making upgrades to the outside and it looks nicer. I feel safe and happy enough to stick around. Only downside is they need to work on their WiFi speed. If you’re in town for business, their internet could be a problem but other than that 10/10.

    I just checked in at 8pm at night elavator not working they have no tissue and room had no rags in room Mrs Natalie was awesome she tried to set things straight and trust me she could not it was out of her hands smh hallway floor is filthy this is a beautiful area and they need help if needed I do own carpet clean business this is just bad I need a refund but said cause I paid through 3rd party it’s impossible smh help !!!!

    Overall my experience has been positive. The hotel is generally clean, and one thing I appreciate is that I haven't had any issues with bugs during my stay. I especially want to recognize the front desk team. Larry, Sabrina, and Natalie have all been helpful, professional, and courteous throughout my stay. Whether it's answering questions, assisting guests, or handling day-to-day concerns, they each contribute to creating a welcoming environment and deserve equal recognition for their hard work. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Larry from maintenance. He recently helped install a new air conditioner in my room, and his work was greatly appreciated. Since the property came under new management, it's clear that efforts are being made to address concerns and improve the guest experience. You can tell management is working hard to get things fixed and move the property in a positive direction. There are still some areas that could use improvement. The elevator goes down more often than it should, which can be inconvenient for guests. Also, the trash bin that was previously in the laundry room has been removed. It was helpful for disposing of lint from the dryers, so bringing it back would be a nice improvement. Overall, the hotel is clean, the staff is attentive, and I appreciate the efforts being made to improve the property. Thank you all for the work you do each day.

    Sabrina is an awesome and honest woman.she explains everything to the guest so they will have a full understanding if what's expected of you. Also she's an outgoing and respectful, professional in every since if the word. She's very courteous and handle herself with the dignity, respect of front desk.She deserves an promotion and recognition in her job description..

    I booked online,got to the hotel no one was there to check me in I waited for like a hour 🤦🏾‍♀️ I was tired and wanted to sleep but the hotel was very noisy it's like the people never go to sleep here.Morning came and overslept for check out the rude front desk lady was beating at my door been very disrespectful and even once I went downstairs to check out she still had a nasty attitude...Never again

    The housekeeping staff here needs to be replaced. The floor hasn’t been mopped in forever. My white socks were black after 10 minutes in the room. When I went to get in bed there literally was FECES on the bed collar. I took a picture and went to the front desk. There was no clerk. It took 30 minutes for someone to come out from the back. The woman said, “Well what do you want me to do about it?” How about an apology and let me get you a new room? Or let me change the bedding? NOTHING but the General Manager will be in tomorrow. I checked out and left the hotel immediately. I spoke Witherspoon’s the GM Tim Heyward who promised me a refund but nothing has been processed. I’ve called back twice and have been told he is “UNAVAILABLE”. Bad business! NEVER….EVER….AGAIN!!!
