I have been coming to woodsprings for a couple years now on and off. I have spent lots of money with them. I know most of the guests, old GMs and made friends. But as if the last 2 days that had come to an end thanks to the new current GM. Yesterday I was informed I had to leave the room. I was banned from having a shower. I tired to tell her they were getting 10$ on a card to pay. I said she said we had to she off between 4 and 5. Was 430. She said I had 5min to leave before metro was called. So then I asked for 5 more min as had to pack and get dressed. She declined. I then yelled was paid she said that it was t. Fast forward. Today we had a way to pay for the room for a week. We got a payment receipt and everything. Well at 5 we are told that it's a place holder booking and nothing is reserved . I apologize and tell her my friend is booking a new one. I she then goes on a tangent that every person in the room has to have an ID. I go to Google and the website and read their policy verbatim and state how I've never been asked unless was in my name. She stayed how I'm wrong. Re iterate what I'm reading to her again. . I am about to have an anxiety attack because she also has stayed since I'm in the lobby she hasocked our room. Says we can't get out stuff till room fee paid and late fee. I explain we were told was confirmed. She said we cannot get any of the stuff till everything laid since it's 5. Even tho she's aware that her employee said was confined and all good . I showed her where the booking was done at 632am. My phone is on 2% and all my stuff iskcked and Im banned for nothing. I was not rude to her. She was rude and entitled. I didn't insult her. I was professional and j didn't raise my voice. Every guest I've talked to says they don't like her and how rude she is . She didn't even tell me I was banned but told the person the room was booked in.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that we decided not to stay the night at all. As soon as we arrived, there was a strong smell of marijuana and smoke throughout the lobby area. The customer service was also disappointing. Around 11PM, the front desk attendant appeared to be hosting a personal gathering in the lobby with coworkers and other people while they were playing Monopoly, which felt very unprofessional. When we got to our room, we found multiple cleanliness issues. The towels had brown stains on them, and the bedsheets had large yellow stains across them. I went downstairs to request clean sheets and was initially told I would have to wait until the morning. After insisting, the employee finally agreed to give me new sheets, but told me I needed to bring the dirty sheets downstairs in the morning and commented that because I looked “innocent,” she was willing to trust me with them. When we removed the stained sheets, the mattress and area underneath were torn up and extremely dirty. We even found loose change underneath the bedding, which made it obvious the room had not been cleaned properly. At that point, we decided to leave and book a different hotel instead of staying there. Very disappointing experience overall, especially regarding cleanliness and professionalism.

It is not often I write a review but felt compelled to do so this time. My experience at the WoodSpring Suite on 515 Metroplex Drive was extremely disappointing. It started with being placed in a room that had no working lights and reeked of weed and smoke. The bed sheets were filthy, the elevator had dog poop in it ... nobody had bothered to clean it up and the stairwells reeked of urine. After being placed in another room, over time it became clear that the air quality in the hotel was less than ideal and as a result I felt sick in the mornings. But the worst part of staying there was the accusation that I had not paid my bill. Which by the way I had prepaid thru Expedia. First, I'd been told that no payments had been made, then I was told that only two payments had been made and that I owed approximately $250, which two hours later turned to $302. When asked why? They stated that it was because I was staying an extra night.....which I was not! And then two seconds later, because Expedia had not paid the bill (which they had paid). I was now being charged for late fees. After a considerable amount of time on the phone with Expedia it became clear that they had listed the room at $50 per night, but then tried to charge me $60 per night once on the premise. I felt like I was being swindled. Thank heaven Expedia had my back! Which brings me to why I feel compelled to write this review. How many other people have found themselves being told that they owed more than what the room had been advertised for? How many people who do not have the means to afford extra expenses, but desperately need a place to stay has this hotel taken advantage of? I highly recommend that if you're considering staying at this particular WoodSpring Suite, that you reconsider.

It was the worst experience I had in travel. I called and said we are delay coming from Canada to Nashville and the guy on the phone says…it’s ok. Since we pre paid the hotel….thought everything will be ok. Our flight was pushed back to the next day and when we arrive at the hotel they have our room given away. We had to drive around B Nashville with an uber looking for hotels on a Canada March Break on a Saturday. We had to fight to get our money back. Complete scammers and dirty business dealings. Hope this hotel gets zero stars….deserves minus. The worst experience of a life time traveling. If could leave minus stars I would. Horrible. Watch dealing with them because they will easily rip you off they did our family both in the room and the money we had to fight for. .
